The NLL Championship Trophy is awarded annually to the winner of the National Lacrosse League (NLL) championship series. The trophy was first introduced in 1988, and has been awarded every year since. The trophy is made from sterling silver and stands 25 inches tall. It features a bowl at the bottom with a lacrosse ball and net, and has a figure of a lacrosse player holding a stick at the top. The NLL Championship Trophy was originally known as the Champion's Cup and was renamed in 2010 to honor the former NLL Commissioner Jim Jennings. The trophy is awarded to the team that wins the best-of-three championship series, which is held at a neutral site selected by the league. The championship series typically takes place in late May or early June.
